Product introduction

Jungheinrich order pickers are the most economical way of maximizing picks per hour. The range of products includes the Series ECE horizontal order pickers and the Series EKS vertical order pickers.

The ECE 118 is ideally suitable for efficient order picking on uneven floors. The ergonomic stand-on platform and the battery lift simultaneously with the Initial Lift. The ECE 2,3 series have the raising stand-on platform (optional) which facilitates comfortable order picking even at the second racking level. The EKS series with 48V 3-phase AC technology present top performance in the high-rack warehouse. The facility to ergonomically optimize order picking from a walk-on load section or via an additional lift increases both flexibility and economic efficiency.

3 different steering choices(manual tiller steering, electric tiller steering, JetPilot steering wheel):
- Advantages of electric tiller steering: effortless steering with approximately only 60° tiller lock for 90° steering lock. Operator and tiller always remain safely within the truck contours.
- Advantages of the JetPilot steering wheel: first-class travel comfort through intuitive operation and secure hold. No need to turn the body on corners. One-handed operation; automatic return of steering wheel to straight travel at every deceleration.

Hydraulically sprung cushioned side support wheels – connected via ProTracLink ensure safe and stable operation in all applications.
Jungheinrich ShockProtect – protection for operator, truck and load through loaded sprung drive. The sprung loaded system reduces vibrations for operator and chassis.

ECE 118 easy operation on uneven floors
Larger ground clearance is created by raising the stand-on platform, so that uneven floors do not hinder the order picking process.
